There’s something delightful and charmingly nostalgic about an ice cream cone, and it’s become one of my favorite treats to seek out whenever I travel.
I remember Croatia as being a blur of olive oil tastings and scoops of fruity gelato – but my favorite in recent memory was, without a doubt, the salted caramel from Gelato Lab in Siem Reap, Cambodia.
There’s something particularly wonderful about the idea of wandering around a city with a cone in hand, and Paris lends itself especially well to the occasion. It is naturally a city that begs you to indulge, made all the more apparent by their spectacular dessert selection. While I have a few favorite spots (like Arnaud Larher), I’m always on the lookout for new places to try and can’t wait to sample some of these on my next trip.
