I’m so excited to introduce a new section of WGW: the shop!
It’s where I’ll be sharing the stuff I’m calling my friends to rave about or the products I’m hoarding in my bathroom (#badminimalist). I promise to only post the things I truly love, that are made well and are worthy of your love, too. If you’re going to only have a few things, then they should be the ones that make you feel your best.
Among other things, this month’s SHOP features the hyper-hydrating products I’m using to protect my skin against the last of the winter months. I normally get the luxury of an even-keeled San Francisco climate, but multiple flights and the dry, cold March weather at my family’s home in Minnesota have been tough on my already-struggling skin.
Basically, I needed the skincare equivalent of chicken noodle soup, and this is what I’ve been reaching for:
This Korean overnight mask is the closest I’ve ever come to a magic trick. You put it on, it sinks in instantly, and you wake up with gorgeously moisturized skin.
Exfoliation is key to getting rid of dry, dead cells, so I still rely on my favorite peels to keep my skin looking bright.
After I use a peel, I like to slather on this cucumber mask and let it soothe my skin. It’s also great for depuffing your eyes.
I grabbed this lip product in a blind rush at the airport, and have been reaching for it daily ever since.
A fellow rock climber recommended this almond milk hand cream to me, and it works just as well for winter-worn skin. Bonus: it’s a total steal at $9!
See these and more over in the SHOP. I’ll also be sharing more about my skincare routine in upcoming weeks, so keep an eye out for that too!
PS – If you’re in need of some moisturizing/exfoliation goodness rightnow, try whipping up this 3-ingredient sugar scrub. It’s a lifesaver.
