One of the most unexpected challenges I encountered when I cut my hair short was what to do with it when working out. Ponytails were out of the question, but a hair band didn’t do enough to keep my hair off my face. Working out is a necessary part of keeping my anxiety at bay, so I had to figure something out!
I’ve gotten a bunch of questions about my hair (thanks for those – you know how to make a girl feel good!), so I thought I’d start by sharing two of my favorite gym-ready styles.
Look #1 is for high-impact workouts (think running, spin, or kickboxing), while Look #2 is perfect for low-impact sweat sessions (it’s my go-to for yoga and rock climbing).
